Last Radio Show Tomorrow?!

I know I’ve been neglecting this blog, but this morning I finished the last bit of work for my master’s degree & I’ll have time to write again starting on Monday.  I even tried to write this week – I have a half started post about Prince covering Radiohead at Coachella that I’ll have to adapt later this week since everyone and their mother already linked to the video.

Until that time, another bit of self-promotion.  Tomorrow will be my last radio show at WQAQ and, quite likely, my last college radio show of all time (I can’t imagine that I’ll find another school to let a masters’ degree student have a time slot).  When I had my last show at Providence, I was on the air for a bit more than five hours, had guest DJs, cake, and even my friend Joe come in and sing some songs.

What I have in mind for tomorrow morning is three hours of my favorite bands/records that I’ve been playing since 2001.  So expect a show that will probably make little thematic sense aside from the fact that I’ll be trying to cram in as many different bands/favorite songs as possible.

So I’d love for you to join me.  Check out the Left of the Dial webpage for listening information and if you do tune in, let me know that you’re listening!
