Yeah, I can’t believe it either.

I’ve been telling everyone who will listen (or read my Myspace page) about my love for Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip. It’s the only TV show that I set my schedule around and I’ve really enjoyed it. To be fair, I’ve also started watching The West Wing and it’s not as good as that (at least through the first season and a half) but Studio 60 is still my favorite current show.

Anyway, the show is now on an “indefinite hiatus” to make way for another new show that shall not be named (a show that looks decent but I’m protesting nonetheless) and Studio 60’s fan are freaking out that it won’t return. Sure, I’m nervous too, but this article lists a bunch of reasons I’ve thought of to convince myself that it will come back. The 2 best parts of that article are when NBC’s president told Studio 60’s writer/creator Aaron Sorkin that he’s concerned with the second and third seasons of the show and when the article’s author declares that NBC “doesn’t have any better options”. Gotta love settling!

Anyway, I highly recommend the show. If you look hard enough on the internet, you can find the entire series. The Christmas episode is probably my favorite one.

I’m quite pleased to hear that Jon Lester seems to be making a strong recovery from cancer and chemotherapy.

Also, bring on Spring Training.  I’m ready for baseball.
